𝟮𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 – 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆

𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝘅, 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽..

Hello everyone, a little less of a chirpy message today as I just want to take a moment to reflect on what’s been going on lately. Obviously the site’s affliction for drama is usually stemmed from petty back and fourth empty insults and mockery but it’s been pretty thick lately what with Fedora and many other newer users. We’ve dealt with a lot of it and so we’re quiet now but I think for lots of us we’re recoiling from it feeling sort of in edge or frustrated.

All of it, every single ounce of drama in the site’s history comes back to these petty little arguments that lead to all-out wars of multiple users who share an affinity for each other essentially ganging up on users who are pretty clearly too young to fully understand what they’re doing. They can read, write maybe even more but they don’t socially know as much as some of the older users do.

It’s easy to lash out or to manipulate and mock them but I just ask that we try and keep more of an open-mind to it all. We can throw on the labels of it being ‘based’ or whatever else it might be to palm it off but truly for some of you it is a little disheartening and cringe to see such crap constantly crop up. We can just do better and I think for how dragged out some of this can be it’s pathetic.

I apologise for the lack of change-up from the site’s regular activity of drama today but there was only so much to mention on. Hopefully tomorrow comes a little nicer.
