Dr Chi’Mera is the CEO of Viper Dynamics, a Hypercorporation the size of a large galaxy, mainly focusing on tech and energy resources. The term “Hypercorporation” was coined just to befit the sheer immensity of his company, as its roots extend far enough to reach alternate universes and dimensions.
Despite his looks, he was originally a human. He has long forsaken his humanity in favour of immortality however, augmenting his body to a grotesque degree in order to keep himself alive for the rest of time. His wealth and resources are nigh limitless, but now he only desires more power and more reach. Being the megalomaniac that he is, the good doctor has no qualms with sacrificing his unlimited employees and funds in order to further his personal goals, only being interested in maintaining himself, his power, and his company.
His relationship with the Mono Hero is… strained, to say the least. Calling them arch-rivals wouldn’t be too far from the truth. But ultimately, they’re not above cooperation when their goals align.
