Although I can understand it, if it fits with his preferred style.

It’s a cape. I’m horrible at making em.
That red thing on his neck isn’t a scarf, it’s a cape. I’m just horrible at making and animating em here. His design is much different in my head as well.
A cape suits em better in my opinion, since not only the character proclaims to be a king, but the cape would be malleable to be a weapon or shield, both things I wanna make for this character’s concept. If I could go back with better skills to make and animate em a cape, I would, but can’t.
