For the falling animation it certainly doesn’t look bad but I would suggest adding more speed (which is essentially just deleting every other frame or increasing the fps) and adding more recoil when he bounces back up.
He also should be in his “crouched” state with the most potential energy for a little bit longer imo. Easing back up should be a bit… faster, corresponding to the more time spent mustering force to recoil back upward.
But overall great animations, they look fluid. Nice use of smears, better than me.
