As mentioned before, Nick is obsessed with Earth, and specifically how they dress. Before obtaining the Crystal blinded him, he constantly read old books and research logs. Not many information of Earth was available in Grodot; most of it was just people describing what humans look like.

Inspired by this unusual planet’s fashion, Nick handmade a bunch of outfits, including this formal one. He likes wearing it to parties and various events in Grodot, ignoring the other residents who give him glares of judgement and confusion.
