I’m going to rework Manny’s abilities and lore
Right now I’m going to rework the abilities because I suck at writing (as you saw when I attempted to write a satirical article), and then I’m probably just going to write the basic plot than get ChatGPT to rework it and possibly expand on it. I’m also going to have to make a new raygun, but I suck at Stickfigure creation too. I’ll try my best though.
I’ll also have to learn how to animate better, and more efficiently, as I want to be able to do stuff with this oc, like perhaps a series. But currently it takes me 2 hours to make a horrible animation, and it still looks very unsmooth despite the actions being very minuscule between each frame, and it being at around 30 frames per second in most of my animations.

Nevermind on that remaking his ray gun I just realized I have practically zero knowledge on creating weapons
I need to get better, maybe there are sources online that could help me learn how to not suck at Stickfigure creation

Don’t kid yourself and don’t fool yourself ( holy shit that song is depressing )
You’re not ready for the pain and stress of animating at 30 FPS yet, so reduce that down to 20 FPS and don’t be afraid to exaggerate movement in your keyframes, sometimes, less is just more ( pov : spiderverse )
Also, spam ‘ add tweens frames ‘ often, no one will notice evil laughter
I’ve tried 20 fps in the past and it did not go well with how I animate, it makes it too slow and choppy, but I’ll start experimenting with it again
Thanks for the advice
Oh yeah watch some Jean Denis Haas, his advice is mostly for 3D animations but it can apply to 2D as well
It’s not about the fps but how fast and far you move the characters each frame that make it choppy, slow, or smooth in most cases. Even if you are using a FPS like 15 you can make a really smooth animation with good easing and jumps of speed.
