So a bit of backstory behind the “View Options” change in Creation Menu for 4.0.0, me and Ralph talked about possible redesign of the thing, which included that change. Tl;dr, Ralph meant to make that a long time ago but forgot. (No, View Options wasn’t the only change for the revamp lmfao).
But now since that change brought such uproar (i’ll be honest, I understand considering you guys just got dicked withouth anything in return), I’ve been scratching my head quite hard on this one.
How much do you guys use “Show draw order” and “View Options” in the Creation Menu?. Was thinking of putting these on the sidebar as an alternative, but you guys might dislike having to scroll up for these. Although, with the revamp, a lot of sidebar bulk would be moved to the top bar, (most used buttons and shits), so you won’t have a thumb marathon to access the top.
Unless you can somehow change my mind in the comments, pick an option pls.Which Option would you survive with

ngl don’t think you presented the *reason* for this well
it’s because we want to make room and clean up the entire top row of “draw tools” and generally make the entire thing more efficient
so naturally, reducing clutter is needed
tbh of all these options i think C is best (icons)
HOWEVER, with red view options under it
i kinda don’t wanna move view options from where it consistently is across all modes (creation, animation, movieclip) plus, it opens a sidebar and feels natural
but tbh if this is the case

Not gonna lie B is the best but a revert back to the original even if it makes the top a bit more cluttered would be more preferable imo
the main problem is there probably won’t be space where to cram some of these stuff. I was planning to put Push buttons up there likely. Along with some other features next to it.
I guess it makes sense to save space, but like, ehhh

Honestly that’s what I use it for too. But usually at the end with modify branch. Otherwise it doesn’t see much action besides that?

I don’t really mind whatever choice because you can just get used to it, we’re talking about it like it’s a massive drag but it’s literally just the tap of ‘View options’ and that’s it.
