It’s good but I also have a problem with it, the lack of main node movement in the Grey dude, I would say your experience is a little more then me, tldr: good animation but room to improve.

The poses look kinda awkward and wierd, maybe try making them look more dynamic,
Also, the whole body should move besides one of the feet, makes the animation look more realistic and human-ish.
