@hypergidra Random but I got an idea relating to military Sticknodes figures, mostly inspired by the Shinano you made. So I was thinking about those “Man in the High Castle” Alternate Histories where the Allies somehow lose WW2, and then I remembered how Germany was always the only country that got any sort of attention in such scenarios. So basically I was thinking what if we tried making what Japan’s Tanks, Aircraft, Ships, Infantry, and so on would look like if they won the war in the Pacific (even though that’s not really realistic at all).

People already designed Japanese tanks if they won the war, or lasted longer for example the Ju-nu by war gaming so there is some things to go off of and get inspiration

I’d say the Chi-Se would be better to go off than the Ju-Nu
Ju-Nu seems more midwar while the Chi-Se just feels more like 1946 in my opinion
How about the Ho-ri 3?
It feels like it’s made in the late 40s or maybe the early 50s
Tho if japan won the war, the won’t feel the need of tank destroyers and just focus on MBTs
Yeah they’d probably pretty quickly start making MBTs, perhaps with the Chi-Ri philosophy of Weak Armor but mobility and an autoloader.
Though the Ho-Ri series may end up being created late in/after the war in limited quantities, perhaps seeing use into the 50s as infantry support before getting replaced by a “more fit” vehicle (probably a lighter and more mobile vehicle)
Yeah, true
Maybe something like the type 68 in the late or early 60s
Yeah, that would make sense
Hey, what do think about talking about this in a group?
So it would be easier to share
If your ok with that then I’ll make it and invite you
Oh, yeah that’d work.
There’s also a good inspiration for the infantry.
