2023-07-04 03:58:45 UTC @nscmemeber Finally got a collab idea, heavily inspired by Ace Combat. Not sure if it’s a good idea but might as well get some feedback. So essentially a fictional nation unique to the collab is under attack by another fictional nation (I think I have the enemy nation in mind rn so ask for info on what I’m thinking and you shall receive.). Anyways, the “good” nation scrambles a squadron of fighter pilots (animated by the participants).
Anyways you get some customization options for your pilot (before the animation part even begins this will be decided)
1 – Which of a small pool of aircraft you want your character to use
2 – Adding your own paint scheme and maybe an emblem
3 – Their call sign
4 – What weapons the aircraft is equipped with during the battle shown in the collabAnd anyways it’s like the squadron VS waves of enemy pilots trying to hold them off until support can arrive (and maybe even fighting an enemy Ace or two in the process)
Idk it might be too ambitious but what does everyone think?

This sounds good but I don’t animate at all so I wouldn’t be able to participate
I mean I bet you could help make figures for the enemies and stuff. Since to have a convincing enemy invasion force that shows up in waves, there has to be a variety of enemies. And I think to have it not be fighter spam in different flavors, we should also have ground vehicles and troops, helicopters, and ground-attack aircraft.
So there are plenty of figures to make of course. And that’s not even including the small selection of fighters for each side.
Also I don’t animate too much either so my role is probably gonna be hosting/making figures/doing lore/planning how it goes out
Maybe, I have a lot of stuff on my plate and with the end of summer break coming soon I won’t have much time

I would like my paint job to be black and orange (basically the last plane you showed me but with 3 stripes on the back orange) call sign: “Helljumper-1” the weps is: AGM-65 maverick, BLU-116, and M2 Browning machine gun

So their symbol is Erusea but instead of the white on the flag it’s black?
Also I’m not sure what the plane types will be yet, but hold that thought. Trying to come up with a diverse and interesting roster currently.
