I’m 3″11 praying to hit 6″5🙏
Height is tricky, I wouldn’t put really too much faith in any of it though because it doesn’t really matter.
Sorry to hear that about your sister, if it’s only slight hopefully something can be done about it given it may yield various health concerns.
They told her to do these core exercises to help it, it’s very slight so something can be done about it
