Question @ralph , and the rest of those affiliated with the idol collab. What do you guys actually do when comparing hundreds of animations. Do you guys get in a discord vc and react to them together? Or does one person sit in a room silently staring at your computer as some animation does like 44th fart joke

im the one who approves the entries
its mostly the latter, but the general gist of it is that if i dont know whether i should accept or deny an entry i just throw it in a discord server with my friends saying “kill or live (entry link here)”
they say kill, it dies; they say live, it gets into the collab
this is the common thing that happens, but if an entry is laughably bad i just deny it outright and maybe send it to the server to laugh at it, if it’s good though i’ll just accept it outright
my behind the scenes video on treasure trove has the process laid out i think i forgot if i added it in
as for the more technical stuff the tldr is since it’s reliant on a google form, all entries just go into google drive for me to organize, along with a spreadsheet containing all the info, whether they get denied or not, or other stuff which i edit after doing the “kill or live” process above
