Skibidi toilet started off as a simple weird joke of a dudes head inside a toilet, then becomes a full on series with possibly an interesting story behind it.
My guess for why people thought skibidi toilet was supposed to be a funny meme even though it 90% wasn’t, is because of that skibidi song being used, it was used by popular tiktokers and others as a meme.
