It actually looks really good, maybe you could push the eye on the right side a little further down right to make his face seem like it’s narrow and it points out, if that’s the look your going for ofcourse. The peak of his lip should match with his nose too, cause right now it’s a little off to the left. But the teeth look really great and the overall design looks really nice
