otherwise if you want to do a little editing (maybe on a computer?) or go through ZIP files, Youtube has a lot of videos dedicated to just sound effects
you can then download the sound (sometimes in the description) or use a Youtube-to-mp3 site to convert the video to an MP3 file (and you may have to edit it a little with a program like Audacity to cut out parts, etc)
but really you should find what you need if you just Google “____ mp3 file”
