It’s been a rough few years but that’s just a gut punch…
I’m probably the closest to suicide than I’ve ever been now…

did you lose the files on an Android device?
Yes
Nothing in the bin, no Lost.dir, nithing I could salvage with multiples recovery software
a last ditch effort may be to use PC software, not just android recovery apps
(unsure if you’ve tried this though)
its likely more robust, and a quick google search shows a few options
but time would be of the essence, try not to do anything on the device as it may overwrite the files
of course, if you’ve ever submitted, emailed, DM’d, etc any file, they would also be there in your sent items

I’m not trying to rub salt on would but this is legit why you should back up on multiple platforms
Drive , Discord , media share links , etc
All very useful to avoid Ralph’s errors when it comes to file management

Try Using a File Explorer, and connect Your Phone to a Pc Using Charger Wire or Connector, and try to dig and find the lost files
