Sorry to hear that, be careful with movements that feel risky, the best way to test is to go lighter and try essentially the full range of motion and more ( if possible ) to gauge how it feels and what can work.
What exercise or movement were you doing to trigger it anyway?

As far as I can tell the overhead tricep extension is problematic, I’ve done it in the past but found it kind of compromising for my shoulders. I tend to work with tricep push downs and if I do go with overhead tricep extensions I don’t fully go down, I’ll usually arch my body in a way that means I can use my both hands with the dumbbell to perform the exercise but never standing fully upright since that can be compromising in my experience.
I imagine the close grip bench press for tricep probably didn’t help the already compromised area too, get it checked out if no recovery within enough time and any pain ensues.
