You’ll be sound a
Honestly though the only thing I could give as advice is just chill in a chair or sofa for as long as you kinda feel the need to
You probably won’t fall asleep as you have mentioned you haven’t been able to in 3 days but just forcing yourself into a resting position whilst not laying down can both help just rest for a tiny bit while not feeling the uncomfortable that comes with being in a bed , at least for me when my insomnia kicks in it’s far more frustrating to stay in the bed than other places
As for your eyes probably cover them up with a sleep mask or massage em for a bit
Cold or warm towel depending if it’s sore (warm) or burns (cold)
Only advice I can give when it comes to getting sleep when you can is just , do something you probably wouldn’t otherwise (for most people they like clean their room/house or reorganize their living space entirely) . With your aches in mind definitely don’t do something that will just hurt you but at the end of the day just tune your room to comfort you , if you feel stuffy and tired maybe cool the room up or take tea/medicine that could help you sleep
Warm milk is also a semi-good option

will do, thanks.
Just stay safe as always , hope you do rest well
Overall find ways to comfort yourself
It might just be a me thing but being sleep ready , kinda helps
Being on a full stomach , finishing work , etc. It’s definitely a slug fest to sleep during my own insomnia but yea
