Anyone know why all graphics on certain frames on my project keep going to frame 1? It’s really annoying and I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong : (

    • That’s really weird.

Are you sure you haven’t accidentally added something?

I’ve had similar things happen all related to human error. Check these yourself too. They are quite facepalm worthy.

-Applying Tween to effects consisting of multiple figures may result in flickering, like with Explosion1, Explosion2, and Explosion3.
The tween adds frames in between that do not contain the figure that was deleted in the previous scene. Go to the individual ”explosion” figure and enable “keep figure during tweening”

-Perhaps it’s a movieclip relooping. I’ve had movieclips that have invisible frames so I usually forget to delete them so they reappear. I movieclip most of my scenes for performance issue.

-Perhaps there’s an auto-camera somewhere that is moving it to frame 1.

      Non-Human errors:

-Exceeding the frame limit your device can handle. I’ve had mine nearly explode occasionally.
-Exceeding the node limit (by enabling unlimited nodes in the settings)
-Way too many filters and effects.
      -Update the app 🤷‍♂️

If none of these fix the issue, than there is something bigger at play. Contact Ralph so he can provide better help. I do not have technical insides of the app

It doesn’t seem to be any of the above, it definitely isn’t my fault and my device seems to run fine with 280 frames. I’m very confused why the graphics keep resetting. It doesn’t happen often but it is still annoying.

    • To clarify, the movieclip graphics were going to there frame 1, not teleporting to the projects frame 1 if that makes sence

I still believe that your movieclips are just looping. Once they’ve ended they just reloop on the next project frame.

Perhaps provide us with a screen recording of the project frame(s) and the animation itself. That would help a lot

I’m not sure how to show you a screen recording, but I think we’re thinking of different things. I’m talking about movieclip graphics, not the animated movieclips.
