Look how advanced our AI is getting. So imagine the capabilities it will have in the future.
For instance, future spaceships might implement advanced AI-controlled monitoring systems that detect and neutralize potential threats, minimizing the risk of a meltdown even with the interference of a spy. Bypassing this would just take more than a single spy, but a whole cyberattack. (Which anything can be a victim of)
