To my knowledge you can’t, which is unfortunate but the hard truth, because google play and the apple iOS store are two different things. However I’m no expert so perhaps @ralph can either confirm or, if it is really possible, help you.

Pretty sure account sign-ins are the only way, if not that then you’d need to buy it again.
How do i do a account sign in?
All I mean by an account sign-in is if you can link two different app stores under one account name the app-purchase data should be stored but not necessarily the actual files.
Pairing between Android and iOS is essentially impossible, it cannot be done.
