        Technically, they have the Ability to Gain Extra Limbs since that’s basically what everything that touches the Ground of Meat becomes.

        So, yeah they’re only just a Normal Infected Flesh but-

        They do have one feature, that being able to stun lock someone’s ass.

        Once in range with a Person that is uninfected, they usually just use their Right hand to Shove then that will Stun lock them, before they immediately go for the Kill.

      I’m betting on my National Unit, since they’re well trained but-

      These God damn Fleshy Creatures can do more Harm, yeah no kidding look at their Left arm.

      Right arm Included, but adds more With the Ability Gain Extra Limbs.
