Basically Larger Bruisers but it’s a Variant or a Way to mutant as a Bruiser, that being said.. there aren’t much ways to turn into this Guy except, how about a Bruiser infecting you? There’s a Small and Rare Chance that the Bruiser will do it, but it’s quite Rare and Small to be seen.. only 1 Reported Case of this happened in: “ [ REDACTED ] ” so yeah. That’s basically it.
