Detailing and such of the head is superb, practically straight out of an old Disney film.

I would say work on the upper torso structure and arm positioning, when it’s too closed in in relation to the head size and positioning, it just looks odd.
Some changes could be
Neck length increase
Move the arm further back
Adjust the torso shape and size so it resembles that of a chicken nugget with the arm layered further to the back.
Going back to the point on torso size, make the chest and back bigger.
