SN doesn’t have anything really detailed for the smaller gimmicky tips that just add that extra edge, in most cases practice will help you accomplish what you’re after.
I would suggest though, ask people how you might go about accomplishing a certain look in a Stickfigure rather than trying yourself and not saying anything.

Yeah stick nodes is a bit weird in that way. Also given the fact a big chunk of the users are younger you may not get a super in-depth explanation. The best advice I can give you is to focus on shapes, and realistically just apply any sort of drawing tutorials to modeling in stick nodes.
