charger has a limited battery that can be ejected and turns into a grenade. battery always regenerates with full power so sometimes ejecting the battery is faster than recharging
it can also be punched into stuff

if the battery runs out while charging it makes you fucking blow up and explode (meant to be weaker if you started charging with low battery but i havent added that yet)
