Wanted to give a little update on last nights site log and my thoughts on the Mike Tyson fight.

Why those two things? Well as it happens we missed yesterday’s log entry, Swift was away I think on some important personal affairs and backup I presume was probably watching the fight so, we missed it.

Apologies all, we may get a late entry but I wouldn’t wait up, either way just another cross off the list out of a huge amount of days logged, entrified, site logged, so fourth.

The Mike Tyson fight..

I think as much as Mike lost, it isn’t necessarily that he lost out of being inadequate but rather just what the terms and conditions of the rounds were. We already saw the fight before between Taylor and that other chick with a win from Taylor despite the fact she ‘ accidentally ‘ split lady No. 2’s brow with a headbutt, not to mention the clinch’s she engaged in, which of course we saw plenty of with Jake Paul.

The point being, as much as these solid fighters lost, Mike is nearly 60 years old and still had Jake quaking in his little diamond encrusted boots and Taylor got smacked around with these barrages of solid clean punches. I honestly think as well why Mike wasn’t as ferocious is that one, he’s older, he says he hasn’t got that spirit anymore and two, being 60, if he gets hit with a solid punch, he is out. I get the feeling he was either playing it safe or it was rigged.

I’m inclined to think the latter although Mike was looking pretty gassed out and Jake still landed a couple decent punches that threw Mike off balance. In any case I’m inclined to think Mike won or at least delivered a good show for 6 months of prep and being 60 years old.
