The screamer (very original xd) a mass of meat with only 2 things capable of doing the first is that if someone passes near it the meat will start to open its mouth and scream to attract more Mutations of flesh and the second is that if you pass close to it and it does not notice your presence, when you are walking it will open its mouth and bite your foot, its teeth are strong enough But not to the point of breaking your leg. (Hey this could be canon just think about it a bit xd)
