I might explain the dry and wet hair design about the left one being wet because its bright.
I might want to make this understanding, so!.
The dry hair design is a bit white or gray at the end is much more of a bit lightened up by the gradient.
While the wet hair design shows accuracy when your hair soaked, the color of your hair shifts into a bit darker tint, imagine you soak someone with a red hair and then turned into a bit dimmed red because the hair started sticking eachother which the color shifted a little.
When it dries it goes back normal dry as it should be.
Not the cartoon where the dimmed hair was dry and then the lighted gradient hair is wet.
Its a cartoon or anime type of hair where water shows at being light color like blue dripping in hair or something.
The other method is much a bit realistic due to water being “transparent” you cant see the water being color blue around a soaked hair, you spot them when the hair is dimmed and smooth.
If its nonesense to you then im typing too fast, i blame my speed to type grammar errors or typos here.
Thank you for understanding
