Little question here…
What’s your stance on raw fish sushi? If you’ve never had sushi, how would you feel about eating raw fish? If sushi isn’t your thing, would you ever try something like beef tartare?

Given the quality of American meat, I could NOT trust beef tartare here, but I would try it in Japan or somewhere else.
Usually when a restaurant is owned by Japanese people they know how to make Sushi even if in the US
Does this sound racist? What I mean is like American Sushi might turn out kinda meh just because it’s so different to what would be considered an “American Food” imo

I’ve had raw sushi a couple of times, it’s decent! But it really depends on your tastebuds.
I can honestly can’t comprehend the hype behind sushi, I don’t really care for it
