Guys i got a question,
When someone says something is Canon (in this case Dragon Ball Daima) it also includes being connected to the other part (Dragon Ball super) because a lot of people are saying that Daima is canon but I can’t Find something that connects the two animes (It doesn’t make sense, for example, Goku not using SSJ4 in Super or Vegeta’s SSJ3 not appearing ONCE) Tell me what you think pls

it’s an endless battle, what is canon
i think the easiest way to discern it is, what did the original creator say, and/or heavily work on
Toriyama worked on/created the DB manga, this canonizes all of DB and DBZ (sans filler, since that was not him)
GT was not a Toriyama production, besides drawing some art for it, so many people dismiss it (it also just is dumb and ruins characters)
all of the DBZ movies, not canon
Super was once again a Toriyama production, so it is canon
Daima was also a Toriyama production, and is set to fit in the time before Super, so, yeah it’s canon
I can\’t Find something that connects the two animes, It doesn’t make sense
and that’s why a lot of people are upset with Daima, myself included
nobody asked for baby-goku-and-friends again, its obviously padding/money-grab from Toei but Toriyama went with it, so, yeah it’s canon
it just stupidly introduces plot holes, like that for example:
Goku not using SSJ4 in Super or Vegeta’s SSJ3 not appearing ONCE
people are waiting to see if it’ll be made sense of by the end of Daima (like, Goku can’t turn into it willingly or something) but that’s out the window now
all we wanted dammit is the continuation of the Super manga/anime it’s NOT HARD
source: its like just my opinion, man
