Well guys I finally got my braces and oh my god it hurts so fucking much ow. And putting them on was not a pleasent experience either. My mouth had to be stretched out a lot so my lips felt weird when it was done and it took so fucking long and I’m super hungry. But the stabilizer things are purple, my favorite colour, and we’re currently going to McDonald’s (ik its overrated but sybau it still tastes good) so at least there’s that.

I remember when I first got my braces put in. It hurt so so bad for a week, and all I could really eat was food I didn’t need to chew (meaty spaghetti sauce, soups, etc). After 3 years they took mine off and it was amazing. Idk what there is at McDonald’s that you can eat that won’t hurt horribly, but good luck to you and enjoy the next few years!
