Tattoos are graphics under the skin, furries have fur, usually, all the fur covers the skin
The fur would cover the skin right? Or would the dye in the skin end up coloring the fur as it grows?
the layer that the tattoo ink gets to is lower than the hair follicles so likely no it wouldnt color the fur
besides as far as i know, furries dont get full-body shaves, so the hair usually doesnt grow because its.. laready fully grown
