i can finally eat normally for two days, after starving myself for 5 days
(i still ate but, not as much, like only 1 meal per night, no breakfast and lunch)

That’s still not healthy, many studies show that drastically cutting food intake (like going from what I assume to be the norm, 3 meals, to 1) isn’t healthy and might actually not help losing weight- but it’s your choice and I can’t meaningfully alter YOUR decision.
