I bumped into a younger guy the other day whoβs working with stick nodes and it took me back to my glory days, so I decided to pop in and see what weβre up to yet again. Lifeβs been moving along for me and now Iβm in college to get into the drawn 2D animation field (pray for me). Currently in my first year living on campus. Itβs weird being this independent, but itβs also really nice. I wonder if Iβll meet anybody else in my classes that happens to be active here. But anyways yeah, how are we doing? Are we succeeding in life? Anybody own animation studios yet? (Unrelated cat loaf)

I believe we havenβt talked before, or at least, not much if memory serves me right. But I still definitely remember you, just like the rest of the old members I was familiar with and acquainted with. Itβs nice to know that a fellow community member, who once used a simple but powerful (yeah yeah I said the thing) animation app like SN, is now pursuing advanced animation as their chosen career path. In fact, Iβm actually on the same road as you are. Currently in my 2nd year in this mudhole lol. But yeah animationβs fun if you’ve got the drawing basics down, but even more so when you set that bar of passion for whatever ideas youβve got. It keeps you motivated. Thereβs gonna be some (PAINSTAKING) coding action here and there, especially once you guys start diving in to 3D shenanigans, but donβt stress about that too much. π
Anyways, good luck on your journey, man. For real. No matter how tough or stressful things get, just let yourself know that itβs normal. You’ll get through with it✌️.
