I think you’d probably have to change your fault email app, I can’t remember how but you could also just change the email of the mail app to the account you’re signed in with now and it should send all your stickfigures to your account once submitted.
I have already changed my default email app in settings and I can’t log in to Apple’s “Mail” app because my Gmail account in managed by by parent but I did change the default email app and it still says I need to use mail.
In my experience, I just deleted the Mail app, re-installed it, and it automatically gave me the option to choose what account to sign into.
