Either im crazy or the government doesn’t really donate stuff to poor children, and feed starving kids in Africa
I mean seriously you’re paying the government their own money for you to have a squeaky clean reputation, this would really benefit you (if you’re a celebrity or a famous public figure) and this would ultimately make people want to side with you *if* you ever get into some hot-water.

You could get away with SOOO MANY different crimes (depending on severity)
you could be a druglord that distributes meth and then feed people with meth-flavored chicken, but donate like 300k dollars to charity, children’s hospital, whatever, and the FBI will just be like ”yo this guy’s alright, he donated stuff to charity!”

Now this is just a feel, take everything i said with a grain of salt, everything i just said is from MY perspective
(i don’t wanna get into some drama, i just wanted to state what i thought-)
