That really depends. Default Scout is strong and durable because he’s a schiz inventor and he has to be. I’m not familiar with power scaling terms, and when I googled them it all sounded really confusing and convoluted. I’d say small building level.

But because he’s a schiz inventor, he’s got access to a plethora of weaponry, mechs, giant flying hands, etc.
