Well, your OC is just a grey dude with some triangle eyes and triangle hands, Manny’s has other details to it that can be worked with or expanded upon.
Not to mention Manny has been around for a while now and I’ve worked with them personally so I had more inclination to let him join even if his OC isn’t especially amazing quality.
Okay, he doesn’t have triangle hands, he has blades strapped onto his arm that he can detach, much like iron valiant from pokemon

Out of curiosity, if I do have an OC, but it was made by someone else who wanted to do me a favor, can I still submit mine?
I’d like to add that this OC was made by a legendary friend of mine, SPIDERMAN2.0 .
If they consent to you using it in the OC Roulette, it should be fine, so long as the character is still original and not a variant of an OC from other media ( Invincible, Marvel, DC, etc. )
I’ll need to come back into contact with them.
My only concern is that the head is based on the Jack in the Box mascot, as that was ingrained with my username back in the day.
So long as the overall design is original enough and not just a cheap re-make of characters or designs that already feature elsewhere, it should be fine.
