Does using tweening make me a bad animator? I found a way I can use it without ruining or breaking my animations, but I know some people look down on the idea even though it’d make my animations 10 times better
Tweening isn’t objectively a bad thing but it’s a common occurrence that a lot of newer animators become dependent on it, took me years to break out of it to be fair

I’ve been animating without it for like 2 years now, but I only just learned I could turn off tweening on certain frames and figures, so I was trying to figure out if I would still be considered a decent animator with it

I’m half and half on it, I guess it depends on how you utilize it
I mainly just use it because its easier to control the speed of a motion while on a slower fps like 18
