The centerpiece of the design is the suit, which is a spider-like mech suit derived from the fact that his username is “Spidey”
The lore is that Scout designed this suit because he saw Doc Ock on an old Spiderman No Way Home poster, and thought it’d be really cool to not only make something that gives him multiple spider-like appendages, but to give it away to the first person he sees when he leaves his house, stating: “Yeah, no, I don’t see how that could go wrong. Giving someone an extremely durable, force-multiplying, all-terrain mech suit based off of one that drove a reasonable man insane by hijacking his brain probably (definitely) wouldn’t go wrong.”

How do you make the metallic effect?
It’s very easy actually.
I start by blocking out some colors. Once I get them down, I use gradients to blend them together.

The original design was quite plain and it didn’t leave me much to work with. I wasn’t into the idea of taking the dude’s character and trying to make them more realistic, nor did I want to go through the effort of making good looking clothes.
So with very little to go off of, I took from the user’s name and went from there. Doc Ock was (obviously) my main inspiration. I also took some notes from that mech suit used in Alien, but that’s more subtle.
