I was looking through all the posts and I didn’t see anywhere he confirmed it
I thought it was like stages 1-3 considering the eyes started to pop up
I kinda rushed the last part and straight up said

There’s a gap between the time of when ralph infected the default fig all the way up to when he actually went to the doctor. That gap js needs to be filled
