Skulkers (colloquially called lizardfreaks) are a blind, highly erratic, and violent minor infected, they have large, sharp talons on their bipedal arms, alongside a quadrimandibular maw that houses a thin, harpoon-like tongue, they are notably very easy to spot, as they emit a disorienting shriek upon detecting prey.
