OK, so after think-thunking bout’ Warp Knight, I thought he’d needed allies and foes! And whilst I haven’t made any of their personalities, designs, etc, I have thought about abilities! One of the things I want one of the characters to have are 2 hammers. The first hammer will have the ability to modify terrain, allowing them to create many structures out of any natural material. The second would allow him to modify natural elements, and change their properties, like making wind as hard as stone, or changing stone into mud.
I have an ability and weapon in mind for a rogue-like character: The ability would be the power to mesh and give yourself the properties of a material you are touching. Obviously the ability to mesh with a wall or floor contains plenty of stealth benifits, and a good get away if you get caught. Their weapon would be 2 hilts, that can be extended, and have a sharpened tip at the end of each one of them. The length of extension is limited though, but that’s not the draw. The hilts can stab into almost every material known to man, and can mold and form that material into a weapon. From great swords to spears, aslong as you have enough material to draw from, you can create any melee weapon.
OK, so this last ability would be left for the final boss, and as such, it’s stupid OP
Gauntlets, that allow you to change the properties of ANYTHING, including people.
Meaning that they could make the hammers as weak as paper, and make the hilts unable to puncture anything! Or being able to switch the material of things entirely, like make a regular shield into a vortex! Obviously this ability is VERY BROKEN, and if I’m being honest, might not make it into the series (If I give Warp Knight a series that is) but hey, it’s a pretty cool idea.

I’m glad you said it and not me 🙂
