the backflip could do a little bit of work but the walk cycle is near to perfect

Walk: Your walk cycle is very stiff. Bend the legs and cycle them, while raising each leg to take steps instead of skidding your feet.
Backflip: At the start of the flip, bend in front and crouch, then initiate the jump, and during the air time, move the legs like it has rag doll physics, curl the hands, and bend the back, but not until his spine is broken.
Overall: The animation has potential, but youโre rushing, take patience in your animating, search up some inspiration, and ask people for advice.

legs shouldn’t be straight during the backflip
for complicated moves like this, you should use reference videos/gifs, backflips are tough
No Ralph you got it all wrong, if you’re able to do a backfill with straight legs that means you’re a professional😂

the walk cycle could be a little better and the backflip needs some work but your getting there
