You see, fights involving Goku and other peeps like Saitama and Superman are weird, because Goku has a level cap, he has a known power limit and it’s really high. But Superman’s and Saitama’s power level is really hard to specify. So whether they’re more powerful or weaker than Goku is really up to you.
