@epitaph200 so i saw many people dealing with this problem, let me tell you something, one thing is to steal a stickfigure from you and other thing is to make their own fan stickfigure dedicated to you, I know you want people to ask you first if they can make their stickfigure but come on dude, we can use as an exception the ones who are edited from yours but what about the ones that are made from zero with just the inspiration of your style and characters? That’s not that bad, they’re doing that because they admire you, they admire your work, the last stickfigure I saw inspired by your style was one that said at the start of the description “To Epitaph, these things have inspired my, i draw these in school a lot now, thank you.” he liked your characters and just answered saying he didn’t asked for permission, when you make a ganarte of your favorite tv show, you go and ask the creators of the program if you can do it, you just do it, why? Because estoy like their content, and you want to express the love you have to that show doing something like that, so in conclusion, don’t be that thug, they should ask for permission only when the stickfigure was edited from yours

Y’know Jack, you’ve got an exceptional point. i must have been too stubborn and protective of the series and it’s multiple assets. i’ll change, i’ll go back to that post and i’ll fix things. sorry.

well thought out points with a lot of explanation and clever use of wording will always get you through as well as subsiding your own anger to prevent petty insulting will always win
