sorry in advance for something I’m sure I did to make that process harder than it needed to be
Took few attempts at first just to figure out technique, but it’s really simple.
I just used the 165x335px canvas, made the animation (Photoshop has animation timeline, suprising lol). Put a 1×1 pixel in the corner and aligned it to the template I made before. Then simply erased the excess pixel.
