Just for some people that trying to animate at low experience – animating is not only about smoothing, it’s also about skipping frames. Like, a fast punch must be “skipped frame action”, let’s call it like that. *Ahem* When you do this “fast punch”, you already know the direction, so you just… Uh… Skip position, you don’t need to detail this move. Skip, like the move is really fast, also add an effect if in need. I know Im bad at explaining things, but I just want you to catch the sense of this text
Also, good advice, don’t skip every move. Try to make a smooth beginning and only then you may skip (it works only with whole-body moves, like turning to the other side) Or if it’s the fight – don’t slow down and just turn stickfigure by action way (Like, lol, turn on your imagination and will, without It animation process may be not so fine). Create alot of tests If in need, like: walking test, punch test, kick test, jump test, ULTRA combo test and other, you need practise.
Oh, and yes, just watch some tutorials, they will help more than this text (exactly) because im just “trying” to explain, and there you watch the whole process and you know what to do.
