Can anybody give me some tips,advice, or information about making an RHG?

  I have an Tip, Ur RHG must be Balanced, It must not be OP. Yeah dats it.

  I did notice that most RHGs in here is always a plain pivot man with a scarf, but I have no intentions on doing any of that lol. I do have an idea on how it will look, a formal looking Suit similar to what Agent 47 wears and has like a helmet. The only thing I need help of is it’s abilities cuz I can’t think of a proper one
